Founded in 2020 in Itarema, Brazil, Young Leaders is a global initiative driven by youth and rooted in social, climate, and territorial justice. We believe that by empowering young people in traditional and underserved communities — such as quilombola, Indigenous, and rural populations — we can build a more just, sustainable, and inclusive future. Through education, cultural exchange, and grassroots action, we turn local realities into global impact.
To build a global community of purpose-driven youth, capable of transforming local realities while engaging with the world’s most pressing challenges. We aim to be a leading network in developing young leaders who connect their roots to global agendas, promoting equity, sustainability, social innovation, and collaboration across cultures and territories.
